Q. Will my workshop be for me only?
A. The price quoted for each workshop is for you or your group only. There's a limit of 3 for Workshops and 6 for PhotoTrails. I currently offer 3 hr PhotoTrails at half-price. These courses will be open to anyone.
Q. Where can I stay?
A. I have a list of local, personally recommended B&B's, hotels, bunkouses and self catering accommodation. You should refer to my PhotoBreaks to combine your Workshop with accommodation in a handy package.
Q. Do you book accommodation for me?
A. Whatever you wish! I now offer PhotoBreaks where your accommodation at carefully selected venues is included in a great package . You can however still book your own accommodation and come on my training Workshops.
Q. What about transport?
A. We will not be travelling any great distance so my clients normally use their own transport. If that's not possible for any reason, we'll make sure suitable arrangements are in place. If you're arriving by train I can arrange for you to be met by a taxi at Alnmouth station. It's about a 15 min journey to here.
Q. Can I attend all 3 days?
A. Yes! The courses don't overlap and can be attended together. The cost for all 3 days is £390 (£580 for 1:1)
Q. What about bad weather?
A. Please come equipped for changeable conditions (even in the summer). We'll be out and about in most weather conditions as this can be when the light is at its best. If the beach is too exposed, we may go to the woods. If it's unbearable, we'll re-schedule where possible or stay indoors and the tuition will be studio based.
Q. Will I have to walk far?
A. We can park close to some stunning locations but you will need to walk 1 or 2 miles along flat, rough ground and sand. I'm happy to go as far as time will allow; if the group wants a walk, that's what we'll do! Clients with access limitations will be catered for - just ask.

A. Yes, I offer reduced rates for such bookings. Please contact me to discuss your plans.
